How leasing works
Leasing is quoted to the asset and the term, with transparent, well-understood commercial terms.
Engine and equipment leasing is not priced from a list — it depends on the asset, the lease term, usage and condition. We quote each arrangement directly and set out the commercial terms clearly. The structure below explains the main components.
| Component | Basis | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Lease rate | By asset & term | Driven by engine type, term length and market conditions. |
| Maintenance reserves | Usage-based | Contributions that fund future maintenance, held transparently. |
| Short-term lease | Premium rate | For operators needing cover for a defined period. |
| Finance lease / sale-leaseback | By agreement | Structured to free capital while keeping assets in service. |
This explains how leasing is structured; it is not a quote. Commercial terms are agreed directly for each asset and operator.
