Scope
This policy covers payments made directly to Willis Lease Finance Corporation for services, where applicable. Terms for a specific engagement are set out in the agreement for that engagement, which governs if it differs from this page.
Estimates and authorisation
Where we quote for work, the quotation describes what is included. Work proceeds on your authorisation, and anything outside the agreed scope is discussed and agreed before it is undertaken.
Refunds
If you have paid for work that was not performed, it is refunded. If work was performed incorrectly, we put it right. Refund requests are handled by contacting us via the contact form on this site (which sends to [email protected]) or by telephone.
Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time. What is payable is what has already been done and any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.
